Esta pintura nació durante un período en el que me sentía atrapado en una relación que estaba llegando a su final. Ambos sabíamos que el desenlace se acercaba, pero ninguno encontraba la fuerza para dar el último paso.
Aquella mañana, antes de ir a la iglesia, comencé a pintar sin un plan definido. Primero aparecieron los tonos azules, luego el verde. Al regresar de la iglesia comprendí lo que el cuadro necesitaba: un camino que atravesara el paisaje y un sol en lo más alto del cielo.
Ese camino representa la decisión de seguir avanzando, aun cuando no conocemos el destino. El sol al mediodía simboliza que, incluso en los momentos de mayor claridad, caminar sigue siendo una decisión personal.
This painting was born during a period when I felt trapped in a relationship that was reaching its end. We both knew the ending was near, but neither of us could find the strength to take the final step.
That morning, before going to church, I began painting without a plan. First came the blue tones, then the green. When I returned from church, I understood what the canvas needed: a path crossing the landscape and a sun at the highest point of the sky.
That path represents the decision to keep moving forward, even when we do not know the destination. The midday sun symbolizes that, even in the moments of greatest clarity, walking is still a personal decision.

El cuadro está inspirado en el Círculo de Quintas, una de las herramientas fundamentales para comprender la armonía musical. En su interior también escondí una clave de fa, un pequeño detalle que conecta la pintura con el instrumento que más ha influido en mi formación como músico.

Music has been one of the disciplines that has most shaped my life, and this work is a tribute to it.
The painting is inspired by the Circle of Fifths, one of the fundamental tools for understanding musical harmony. Inside it I also hid a bass clef, a small detail that connects the painting to the instrument that has most influenced my journey as a musician.
If you are a musician, you will probably recognize its meaning right away. If you are not, I invite you to discover what the Circle of Fifths represents; perhaps after learning about it, you will look at this work with new eyes.

This work was born as the representation of a relationship. Blue and wine stand for two different people—two ways of thinking, feeling and living.
Despite those differences, both colors share the same space and build a balanced composition. At that moment of my life, that was my way of understanding love: different people who, even with their differences, can create something beautiful when they find harmony.

This painting holds a special place in my story. It was created together with my ex-partner during a guided painting session. Although we both followed the same instructions from the teacher, each of us ended up leaving our own personality on the canvas.
For that reason, this work carries a very deep sentimental value for me. It represents a memory, a shared moment and an important stage of my life.

Cada cuadro representa un momento que ya pasó, pero cuya enseñanza permanece. Para mí, pintar no consiste únicamente en aplicar color sobre un lienzo; consiste en conservar emociones, recuerdos y aprendizajes que el tiempo podría borrar.
Como artista, aún me encuentro descubriendo y desarrollando mi propia voz. Cada obra es un paso más en ese proceso de crecimiento. Con el tiempo he descubierto que mi interés se inclina cada vez más hacia el arte conceptual, una corriente artística en la que la idea, el mensaje y la reflexión tienen tanto o más valor que la técnica o la apariencia visual de la obra. En este tipo de arte, la pintura no busca únicamente ser observada; busca generar preguntas, despertar emociones e invitar al espectador a construir su propia interpretación.
Each painting represents a moment that has passed, but whose lesson remains. For me, painting is not just applying color to a canvas; it is preserving emotions, memories and lessons that time could erase.
As an artist, I am still discovering and developing my own voice. Each work is one more step in that process of growth. Over time I have discovered that my interest leans more and more toward conceptual art, an artistic movement in which the idea, the message and the reflection are worth as much as—or more than—the technique or the visual appearance of the work. In this kind of art, a painting does not simply seek to be observed; it seeks to raise questions, awaken emotions and invite the viewer to build their own interpretation.
Mi deseo es que cada persona encuentre algo diferente en mis obras. No espero que todos vean exactamente lo mismo; al contrario, creo que el arte cobra vida cuando cada observador aporta su propia historia, sus experiencias y su manera de entender el mundo.

La poesía es una de las formas más profundas que tengo para comprender y expresar mis pensamientos. Poetry is one of the deepest ways I have to understand and express my thoughts. Through it I explore feelings and ideas that are often hard to describe with everyday words: friendship, love, loneliness, hope, betrayal, purpose and life itself.
I write free verse. I do not limit myself to a specific meter or rhyme, because I believe the true value of a poem lies in the meaning it conveys. Every word is chosen with intention; none of them is there by chance. My goal is for every line to invite reflection—mine, and that of whoever reads it.

The only move that shifts two pieces at once. The king slides two squares towards a rook, and that rook hops over to the other side, tucking the king into a corner.
It is only legal if neither the king nor that rook has moved all game, there are no pieces between them, and the king is neither in check nor crossing an attacked square.

Si un peón rival avanza dos casillas de golpe y queda justo al lado del tuyo, puedes capturarlo como si solo hubiera avanzado una.

If an enemy pawn jumps two squares at once and lands right beside yours, you may capture it as if it had only moved one.
It is the only capture where your piece does not end up on the captured piece's square. You must do it immediately: play anything else and you lose the right.

Your king is under attack. You must deal with it on that very move: move him, capture the attacker, or block the line. The board marks it in red.
Jaque mateCheckmate

The king is in check and no legal move can save him. That is the end: whoever delivered mate wins. This is the goal of the game.

Empate. Ocurre por rey ahogado (no tienes jugada legal pero no estás en jaque), por repetir tres veces la misma posición, por 50 jugadas sin mover un peón ni capturar, o cuando ya no queda material para dar mate.
A tie. It happens by stalemate (you have no legal move but are not in check), by repeating the same position three times, by 50 moves without a pawn move or a capture, or when there is no longer enough material to mate.
